There's a lot of software and tools to help you do this. The one I use is Photo Party Upload. It lets you share your photos on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or simply Emailing. They charge per upload but only a few cents. http://www.gcphotobooth.com
In your FaceBook account photo upload option select the Photo Booth folder inside the Pictures folder which is where Photo Booth stores your creations.
In order to transfer photo from laptop to Facebook you will need to upload the photos. Facebook will provide you with the option to choose photos from your laptop.

Once you sign up for facebook, it should ask you if you want to upload photos, just drag the photo into the upload category and shabam!!!!!!!! you have to go to home then u go where it says status n click on photos and click on upload photos or take picture!
You can upload your own photo to your profile and then select it to be your cover in the image options. Also, you can use a Facebook app.

From your homepage -> Profile -> Photos -> Create Photo Album -> now navigate your system through the dialog that opens, find the photos you want to upload -> check off your photos -> Upload -> publish if you wish, or hit skip -> hit save changes - Done
on photo album privacy setting you can change the privacy to only me
If you mean take one then if you have a webcam next to the status it has a button that says Upload photo there you can upload a video or picture or use your webcam to take it on the spot. Or for the profile picture you gotta go to change profile picture upload or choose from photos and there you have it.
It depends if you have a DSi and wireless internet connection you can upload photos wirelessly after performing a system update
You can use MMS to send the photos to facebook. It works fine for one picture, but because of the costs and complexity of the process, is no choice for the upload of multiple photos. You can download the photos from your phone to your computer (using the supplied cable, USB, infrared, bluetooth, ... depending on what your computer and cell phone support). Then you can upload the photos regularly as described in the related question.
Right click on the photo. Go to "save target as". Save the photo in your computer files. When you go into facebook look for "add photos" or something similar. This should allow you to browse your computer files for photos to save to facebook. Then open your selected photo and then upload. Hopefully it will be stored on your facebook photo gallery.
