EASY WAY:
this is most easiest way ever!
open up a folder, or administration
change the address bar to G:/iPod_Control/Device
find the _volumelocked item and delete it
eject from computer
reboot it up by holding down menu and center for a few seconds
DONE!!!
From the main menu, select Settings, then Volume Limit. If a code was previously entered (to prevent the limit from being changed), you need to enter the code. Then you can change the limit. If you have forgotten the code, doing a reset (using iTunes) should wipe out the settings (along with everything else, including music) on the iPod.
you have to put in your code
On the main menu of your iPod, select 'Settings'. Then go to 'Playback', then 'Volume Limit'. Then all you have to do is enter your combination and set the volume limit to where you want it. Although, if you can't remember the combination that i going to be a problem. :S
For an iPod Touch, go into setting, then music. Turn volume limit on and select the desired maximum volume. For classic iPod, go into settings, and there's volume limit. I've never had any other type of iPod, but I'd assume it would always be under setting somewhere.
you have to make up a code.
try to give the exact password...
You have probably reached the maximum volume limit on the iPod Touch. You can change the maximum volume settings by going into the iPod Touch settings.

You can fix a memory or space problem on your iPhone by freeing up more space under the Settings app; simply tap on general, then Usage, view the apps consuming most of the space, and uninstall the apps that you rarely use.
