You need to slice 3 pineapples in a row in classic mode. This is one of the most frustrating blades to get. I actually got every other blade before I managed to get this. Most who have it will tell you its random. Its not. There is an actual strategy though it does involve some luck.
A tip to do this is to go into to practice mode and at the start of the game when you get the first pineapple slice it. If there is a second pineapple, then slice it. Now wait. you should have a bomb come up. There will then be like 2 fruit that are not pineapples. Then 3 or 4 fruit will toss up. The third or forth will be the pineapple. Hit it fast as you have two strikes. That it. You got the blade.
This pattern is not always present but will come up every few re-do's of the game. If you reach about 20 points and the pineapples haven't shown up, restart. It took me about an hour after I noticed this pattern starting to crop up.
