You can't! You can only 'like' something then 'unlike' it to take it back which will erase your original contribution. It will not state you dislike the comment etc.

because "unlike" in facebook context means to undo your "like", and if you "unlike" something you don't say I hate or dislike it, you just want to say I liked it and now I found that it doesn't appear to be appealing to me.
