Click on it. Once you are in, find the file bckd and click on it. Then find the tab driver, then find the word called System and change it to Disabled. Now restart the computer. Once you are logged in again, a message will appear- Blue Coat k9 web protection is corrupted, please reinstall or something like that. That means you are free to browse without the firewall.
