The process that produces the visuals for the ATK hotkeys is called atkosd2.exe.
To fix this, first go to Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete or right click the task bar) and then to the Processes tab. If atkosd2.exe is already running, find it and end it.
Next, go to C:\Program Files (or C:\Program Files (x86) if you're on a 64-bit system like me)\ASUS\ATK Package\ATKOSD2 and delete ATKOSD2.exe
That's all there is to it, and I just did it myself a few minutes ago. Good luck
cause the power button is jammed

I can't say I've ever heard of EOF, but if you did a typo for FOF it means Fleet Of Foot. The Eldar gain an increased movement speed and capture speed (strategic points, relics and critical locations) when it is enabled, but theiy accuracy (raged and melee) drops to about 25 - 50%. Keep it on when moviong, and capping, but turn if off when engaging enemies. The hotkey is "F".
Right click the desktop, hold the cursor on the VIEW option an uncheck "show desktop icons" then to the samething again and re-check the "show desktop icons" option, as far as what causes it i dont know but this seems to work

Most Cable remotes are RF (radio frequency) and IR (infrared frequency). Unless your monitor has one of those receivers on it, which it doesn't seem too according to the manufacturer, then the answer is no.
Check in your BIOS. Pressing F2 at startup (it could be a different key, it'll be displayed on your screen) will bring you into it. In there, there should be a section labelled "Onboard Devices Configuration". Go into that, and it will list your devices. Ensure that Bluetooth is Enabled. Then press F10 to quit saving your changes and reboot your computer.
The Playstation 3 uses Cell processors for the computing component and the nVidia RSX "Reality Synthesizer" for the graphics. The RSX was co-developed by nVidia and Sony and is based on the nVidia GeForce 7800. As such, nVidia is contracted by Sony to manufacture the RSX chips. nVidia in turn contracts with third party manufacturers, Asus in particular, to make these chips, just as they do for their computer chips.
IKI stain (iodine-potassium iodide) is commonly used to stain starch, resulting in a blue-black color. It forms a complex with the starch molecules, allowing for easy visualization and identification of starch in biological samples.
