How do you turn blackberry curve to vibrate?

I have a blackberry pearl and what i do to set it to vibrate is find the icon on my phone that looks like a speaker or megaphone and click on it with my track ball then it shows a list of icons and i choose the one that says vibrate

Simply press and hold the # key on some BlackBerries. To get it off vibrate (manner mode), press and hold # key again.

Here is another tip: quick way to voice mail.... press and hold 1. Works on mine!

On the blackberry at the very top right on the main screen you will see a bullhorn looking thing and you move your cursor over to the right and click and it will show the options:loud,vibrate,quiet,normal,phone only,off,and advanced

in the top left corner, there is a button with a megaphone. Click it, and then set it to vibrate.
