If you want to get purchases on your iPad/iPod Touch/iPhone from a different apple I'd you must go to your settings, click store and then login to a different apple id, after that you go to updates then purchased or I think on iPad you just click purchased then you find which app you want to download or for the music you go to iTunes (not app store) then purchased and you can then download any purchase made with the apple Id you are logged into
