l don't think you can l would suggest on connecting your mp3 to your computer as if you're downloading music and then trasfer to widows media player and burn a CD
MP3 music files can be transferred to the PlayStation 3 in a variety of methods. The simplest method is to enable media sharing on a PC that contains the MP3 files. In this mode, the PlayStation 3 will be able to detect the PC on your local area network and stream the music. To permanently store the MP3 files on the PS3, you can first copy the files from the PC onto a USB flash drive, a Memory Stick, Secure Digital, or Compact Flash memory card and connect it to the PlayStation 3. The storage device will then appear as a folder on the XrossMediaBar under the Music icon. You can then open the folder and select the music, then by pressing Triangle on the PlayStation 3 controller, a list of options will appear. Then select Copy and choose a destination for the MP3 file(s) and you can save your music to the PlayStation 3 system.
If you have a flash-drive then you can transfer songs from your ps3 to the computer by plugging your flash-drive in the ps3 going to either a flash-drive on the ps3 and clicking it or going to the song and then clicking options. Ones you have the song on your flash-dive plug your flash-dive into the computer and take the song from your flash-drive and put it on your mp3 player though the computer.
Music can be transfered from a PS3 to an eclipse mp3 player by transfering your music via USB to your computer, and from the computer via USB to your eclipse mp3 player.

im not sure if ur able to download songs to ur ps3 from ur mp3. but if ur able to go online on ur ps3 then go to the playstation store and download them of that.
Plug in the MP3 into the PS3 and if the PS recognizes it just copy the files for the HDD to the MP3 player
A flash drive would be one easy way. Plug a flash drive into the PS3, copy the music onto it, then remove flash drive and stick into computer. Then all you have to do is drag and drop those files from the flash drive into your iTunes library, which can then be put on your iPod.
only if your care full of doing it or else no!only if your carefull of doing it or else no!
Well its easy all you do is format the drive to fat32 and you copy the music inside the drive and later connect the drive to ps3 and the rest should be easy.
Hi, Gigabeat F40 is audio player, it can play MP3 for you. As of PS3, the best way of use it is play video. For it can output video with high-definition and good quality.
Not quite sure what you mean but anyways... To put music onto your ps3, just rip a cd, or plug in your mp3 player. This obviously costs nothing. You can buy 'songs' from the store for a game called Singstar, the tracks typically cost 99p per song. Don't buy these if you don't have the game already, they are accompanied by a video, with the notes you need to sing.
An 80g ps3 can hold 80g's of space. To compare to a mp3, it can hold 81920 megabytes, and one song equals about 5 megabytes. So image how many songs it can hold. A lot!!!
Using a USB cable.
The PS3 will play music CDs and other songs that have been downloaded into the Music section of the PS3
