Try a free tool called Syncios Mobile Manager. Connect your iPhone to computer via USB cable, and run this iPhone&Android manager, go to Photo option. Here you can see all the pictures on your iPhone, just select the photos and click "Export" to transfer to your computer.

Actually, you can transfer photos from your iPhone to your computer using 3 methods as below:

  1. Using a USB Cable and iTunes:

Connect your iPhone to your PC using a USB cable.

Open iTunes if you have it installed. If not, you might need to download and install iTunes from the Apple website.

In iTunes, click on the iPhone icon that appears near the top left corner.

Click on the "Photos" tab and select the option to sync photos from a folder or application.

Choose the folder or application you want to sync photos from and select the photos you want to transfer.

Click on the "Apply" button to start the synchronization process.

  1. Using iCloud:

Ensure you're signed in to the same Apple ID on both your iPhone and your computer.

On your iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos, and enable "iCloud Photos."

On your computer, open a web browser and go to the iCloud website.

Sign in with your Apple ID, click on "Photos," and you'll have access to your iCloud Photos. You can select and download photos to your computer from there.

  1. Using Coolmuster iOS Assistant:

Install it on your computer, and open it.

Connect your iPhone to your computer via a USB cable. Hit the Trust option on your iPhone and then click the "Continue" option to go on.

Choose the "Photos" option from the left side of the main interface, preview and choose photos you want to transfer.

Click the "Export" option to transfer the photos you choose to your computer.

For Mac, use AriDrop function. Enable AirDrop on iPhone and computer. Go to Photos app > Select the photos you need > Tap Share button > Tap on computer name.

For Windows, use Windows Explorer. Connect iPhone to computer > Open "My Computer > Find iPhone under Portable Devices section > Open iPhone > Select and copy the photos you need.

ps: If your Mac higher than OS X Yosemite 10.10. 3 or PC higher than Windows 8, you can also use Photos app.

Method 1: Transfer Photos from Computer to iPhone with iTunes

To transfer photos from your computer to your iPhone:

  1. Make sure you have a folder of the photos you want on your iPhone ready somewhere in your documents first.
  2. Open up iTunes and connect your iPhone.
  3. It should come up on the side saying "[name of whoever registered it] iPhone." Click it.
  4. It should come up with your iPhone summary.
  5. Now click "photos" at the top.
  6. Then click the little box and find the folder that you made earlier with all your photos in it and then press sync
  7. Let it finish syncing
  8. Once it is done disconnect your iPhone.
  9. Now go into photos on your iPhone like normal and there should be a folder under Camera Album called whatever you named the folder as. Click it and all your photos should be there.

Syncing photos from computer to iPhone with iTunes, you may lose the previous Photo Library Photos (Because all the photos are imported to iPhone are stored in Photo Library). If you don't want to lose any previous photo, you can read on this post to learn the Method 2.

Method 2: Transfer Photos from Computer to iPhone with iMobie PhotoTrans.

  1. Download iMobie PhotoTrans and install it on your computer
  2. Run PhotoTrans and connect your iPhone to computer with USB cable.
  3. Go to the Homepage of PhotoTrans, click Import and select the photos or folder with photos you want to transfer, and then click OK to start it.

If you're using Windows OS (Windows 7 or Vista) then just connect your iPhone to your computer via USB cable and wait for Auto-Play option. From the auto-play menu choose Import pictures and videos option, input tag names if you want and in then end click on start button. That's it. open the folder on your computer that has the pictures in and then plug your phone into the computer and open the folder that contains your phones files and drag the pictures from the computer folder to your phone folder.

Part 1: For Windows Computer Users

Method 1: Transfer Photos from iPhone to PC with Windows AutoPlay

  • Connect your iPhone to computer with USB cable > Select Import Pictures and Videos when AutoPlay appears > Choose Destination for your iPhone photos > Click Import.

Method 2: Transfer Photos from iPhone to PC with PhotoTrans

  1. Open PhotoTrans > Follow it's instruction to connect your iPhone to the computer.
  2. Click Export > Select the photo libraries you want to transfer from iPhone to computer.
  3. Click Browse for setting the output folder > Click OK to start transferring your photos from iPhone to computer hard drive.

Note: Transferring photos from iPhone to PC with PhotoTrans, not only Camera Roll Photos can be transferred to computer, Photo Stream and Photo Library photos also can be transferred.

Part 2: For Mac Users

Method 1: Transfer Photos from iPhone to Mac with iPhoto

  • Connect your iPhone to Mac with USB cable > Launch iPhoto if it doesn't open automatically > Pick up the photos you want to transfer > Click Import (if you choose all the photos) or Import Selected (if you just choose some of them).

Method 2: Get Photos from iPhone to Mac with Preview

  • Connect your iPhone to Mac with USB cable > Launch Preview > Click File at the upper left corner of your screen > Choose Import from your iPhone > Pick up the photos you want to transfer by clicking Import or Import All > Choose destination for your iPhone photos.

Method 3: Transfer Photos from iPhone to Mac with Image Capture

  • Connect your iPhone to Mac with USB cable > Run Image Capture on your Mac > Select your iPhone from the device list if it is not selected > Set the output folder for your iPhone photos > Click Import or Import all to transfer photos from iPhone to Mac.

Method 4: Sync Photos from iPhone to Mac with Aperture

  • Connect your iPhone to Mac with USB cable > Launch Aperture on your Mac > Click the downarrow in the toolbar to open the Import Panel > Select your iPhone > Choose the project for your photos > Set an output folder for your photos from iPhone > Choose all the photos by clicking Check All or just pick some photos you want to import > Click Import Checked to start it.
  • iPhoto, Preview, Image Capture and Aperture only supports transferring Camera Roll photos from iPhone to Mac, if you want to also transfer Photo Stream and Photo Library photos you can read on this post.

Method 5: Get Photos from iPhone to Mac with Email

  • Run Photos App on your iPhone > Tap on Albums to open Albums Page > Choose the target album > Tap on Edit button > Pick up the photos you want to transfer > Tap on Share button and choose email > Type your Email address and complete the Email > Tap on Send > Sign in your Email on Mac and download those pictures and store them on Mac.
  • Important Note: Don't send too many photos at once, or you will fail to send this Email. It is better to send about 3 or 4 full size pictures in each email.
  • If you want to move all the photos from your iPhone to Mac, please refer to Method 6.

Method 6: Transfer Photos from iPhone to Mac with iMobie PhotoTrans

  • Download iMobie PhotoTrans on your Mac and get photos from iPhone to Mac with the following steps: Run anyTrans on your Mac > Connect your iPhone to Mac with USB cable > Click Export > Select the photo library you want to transfer > Set destination for your photos > Click OK to start.
