TECHNICALLY it can. but only to 3G at&t cell phones. the sim has a unique shape. and one of the MAIn reasons that the iPhone sim card cant be transferred to a non iPhone in some cases... is because the sim card compartment requires a tool to unlock it and take out the sim card. :O it comes with the phone though. but i think you can only transfer the sim from the iPHone 3gSSSSSS cuz it has the actual card in it. the others dont... idk why. :P
