Try to remember who was around you when you lost it or what they looked like then see if they have it. If that didn't work then look on other websites to find ways to find it.
If none of the above work then I am very sorry but if you don't find it make sure to disable it so that you don't keep getting charged every month.

If you do not have an iPhone it is more complicated and your gonna have to ask the company that sold you the phone. Also I'm not so sure if you can track your phone on the later iPhone models.
