The cell phone company is capable of doing so if it is on. However, the Verizon, at least, requires a call from the Police before they will track the stolen phone, so you have to file a police report.

yes if you had it registered with find my iPhone or android device manager. if you didn't have it on that then no it can't be traced. if the robber wiped the phone and put his/her email on it, then it can't be traced. hope i helped

Dont worry. I was looking on here when I lost my cell phone and I have found it before so try these things:

Calm down and think about when and where you last used it.

Didn't work? Try this.

Call your cell phone even if it is on vibrate because it will vibrate against whatever it is against or the person who took it might answer it.

If that didn't work or it's on silent the try this.

Try to remember who was around you when you lost it or what they looked like then see if they have it. If that didn't work then look on other websites to find ways to find it.

If none of the above work then I am very sorry but if you don't find it make sure to disable it so that you don't keep getting charged every month.

That depends. If your phone has a gos feature yes. If your phone is an iPhone, you can track it remotely (as long as its on) with an iCloud email. If you do not have an iPhone it is more complicated and your gonna have to ask the company that sold you the phone. Also I'm not so sure if you can track your phone on the later iPhone models.

You would need to contact your cell phone carrier and ask them to do this unless you have a special feature that allows you to track it a website.

All modern cell phones have GPS installed. You should be able to track your cell using the onboard gps or an app such as find my iphone. You can also talk to your cell provider and see if they offer one.
