How old are you? If you are 15 and they are 41 give up. If you are in youre around 25+ you may stand a chance. It's the same as asking anyone out really. Find out what they like! Eg if they like animals go to a zoo, if they like Classical Music go to an Opera.
Just ask, but make it both of you alone.
