To deactivate the number lock (Num Lock) on a Dell laptop, you can typically press the "Num Lock" key, which may be labeled as "Num Lk" or similar, found on the keyboard. If your laptop does not have a dedicated Num Lock key, you may need to use a combination of the "Fn" key and another key that has the Num Lock function (often indicated by a small icon). Additionally, you can access the BIOS settings during startup (by pressing F2) to change the Num Lock setting to be off on boot.
turn the "num lock" off.
Where is the num lock equals button?
it depends what keyboard you have but your keyboard is probaly on number lock different keyboards have different way to take it off hope this helps
Press the Num Lock key. It's in the top left of the keypad on my keyboard.
To switch off the Num Lock, simply look for the Num lock key on your computer's keyboard, and make sure it is set t off. (You can do this by pressing the key and then trying to type on the number pad on the right-hand side of your keyboard; if it's on, those keys won't work).
click num lock to make numbers avdable click again to disable numbers on the key board
Press Fn. If you want to use the number pad on the keyboard on a laptop, press fn and then num lock and then the num lock again (maybe fn before, depends on the computer) to turn the numbers off. Hope this helps :)
Hold ALT and press the key with the 9 inside the lock. (above the 7 key on the number pad.)
Press the NUM LOCK, Function, and DELETE keys to go back to alpha keys.
