Look at the back part of the abdomen, if it is raised, it might be pregnant! Also, as the baby grows, it will get to a point where you migh even be able to see it move inside the mother. You can also feel the baby too if you gently pet over the area, but I wouldn't recomend this for a pet. Cownose stingrays love it though!
