Such as American Eagle, if you were to make the eagle on your faux American Eagle, AE could actually sue you for fraud and you'd be out of business. In simple terms, look at the tag of the person's clothes you suspect to be fake Fubu, with their consent of course. Don't go ripping off the back of their shirts to see. If it doesn't say Fubu, well, your question is already answered!
