Just Friends: Don't say "I love you" if you're not sure that he LIKES you. Just say "I like you" first. Or ask him out on a date. (IE, I had this guy friend I liked, and I did this: I asked him for advice, saying there way this guy I liked, and but I wasn't sure if I should or not. He told me to go for it, so I asked him if he was busy on the week end. Wondering how we're going, 4 months straight)

A couple: Okay... If you guys are in about 1-4 months, then you can. But if you guys are only like 2 days in... DON'T! Because he will think that you are taking it too fast. Just don't say it to late either because then he will think you don't like him. My boyfriend said "I love you" the 2nd day we were together and... I was surprised.

No, shyness doesn't have anything to do if you love him or not, you're just nervous and that is a natural thing. :) Someone once told me that you know when the right time to tell your man you love him when it hurts as bad as not eating. If you are wise, you'll know what I mean. :)

I don't know, but give it some time. A love for a boy and a boy's love he has for a girl can take a year, a month, a week. Mine took four months, but as each day passed, I knew something in the end of "just being best friends" would be good, and we began dating. He called me while I was doing something important, and he txted me it. I had MILLIONS of butterflies in my stomach, and I told a lie: "Kinda." Kinda didn't cut it. I was 100% in love with him, and he had said the same thing. The next day, we began dating, and I swear, it was the happiest day of my entire lifetime.

there are too many thing if you are young write him a massage to meet you at a place that nobody can see you and tell him ''Hi I had feeling for you for a long time and don't be shocked i just want you to know that I love you and want you to be my Boyfriend'' and if your big older than 18 tell him to come to your house and be your coach because you have a blind date and the date is for him but don't tell him that its for the boy then you will do everything the boy like your clothes and makeup and then go to the place that you are going to date then last minute advice when he want to leave tell him to come back and tell him the date is for him and if he accepts the date go for it and if not i am really sorry.
