Well if he is following you around i would say kindly to him please leave me alone. and as for the flirting bit if he has being doing it for a while i would tell somebody if you haven't already are tell your mum and get her or yourself to go to his mum an tell her what he is doing to you then it should stop. if not then he is seriously in love with you!
