Best thing to do is to ask a gunsmith for help.

Check out this web site for your answer. http://bryco-jennings-jimenezarms.com/index.html If your question is, does Bryco model 38 or model 380 have a firing pin....then yes it does or when it was made.
Any standard .380 ACP ammo, yes.
To disassemble a Jennings Bryco .380 for cleaning, first ensure the firearm is unloaded and remove the magazine. Next, pull back the slide slightly and push the slide stop pin out from the left side of the frame. Once the slide stop is removed, you can slide the slide off the frame, followed by removing the recoil spring and barrel. Clean each component thoroughly before reassembling in the reverse order.

No published sn data.
At the back of the slide there should be a stainless steel round button (also is a bullet in the chamber indicater) push that in as far as it goes an lift up slowly on the slide release be careful of springs shooting out....there should be videos on YouTube to help you with this.
.380 ACP, and nothing else. Right now, there's something of a shortage on .380 ammo, and it's not the easiest to find at the moment.
