You wear jewelry of the proper shape and size. You could get a stud that has a bigger piece on the back/inside, or a longer stud (but don't get one so long that it rubs on your gums or that you bite it). Hopefully, your piercing was well-placed so that you can have a stud that's long enough that it won't embed AND won't interfere with your teeth/gums.
By the way, I'm assuming you're talking about embedded on the INSIDE. If it's embedding on the OUTSIDE, then your piercing is definitely WAY TOO TIGHT. A little embedding on the inside is actually okay... That's what my side lip piercing does and it's fine so long as it doesn't completely grow over.
Nope, i've had my tongue pierced, and i didn't have to take my lip piercing out.
Wait 4-6 weeks after getting a lip piercing to change the jewelry in it
A lip piercing hurts more than a belly button piercing, but neither hurt much at all. Getting your lip feels like you accidentally bit it haha and you can barely feel a belly button piercing.
For your upper lip, Left is a monroe piercing. The bottom lip could just be a lip piercing, or labret piercing.
Stop touching it so it can heal.
No, lip piercings are not gay and they are getting even more popular throughout the year
I have personally done this before, i got my right lip piercing re-pierced in the exact same spot and no it doesn't hurt, it feels the same as getting your first lip piercing.
Any piercing has a chance of getting infected.
