Take a two to four minute break if you are using the computer for a pretty long time.
If you are using the computer for more than an hour try resting your eyes with warm ( with a towel or piece of cloth). And after you feel that your eyes have got better, you must take short nap, If you haven't had rest for most of the day, it's preferable that you sleep for 1 hour or 2.
Or, you can just rinse your eyes with some cold water and that would be okay as well.
