I had mine done by a "pro" and it bleed like crazy and sometimes out of no where. I found out that this happens to some people when they eat foods that are acidic like apples, pineapple and so on. So i was told to clean it 4 times a day with a 1/4 ratio of peroxide and water and apply polysporin. That should help. If not go see your doctor, who is there to help you.
Actually it is normal for it to bleed a bit. You should NEVER clean it more than twice a day as cleaning it more will just make it worse. Also do not use polysporin or peroxide; use spectro jel if possible as it is the best thing to clean it with. This is directly from my piercer

Bleeding from the lungs is called pneumorrhagia.
Pain, swelling, bad odour, discharge of blood and puss from the piercing, sore throat, fever, chills. This means you are in serious shape and medical attention is required without delay. Infected tongue piercing can go septic and require medical attention and antibiotics to treat.
No you do not in fact, the proper placement is at least that far back from the tip, depending on a person's tongue length. The placement varies and of course depends on the person, sometimes they wish it to be as far back as you can pierce it safely to allow for more piercings in front of them. Your piercer should've been careful to avoid the veins that are visable underneath for proper placement and a piercing that will heal well and correctly. If your piercing site is infected, still bleeding, painful or still severely swollen after the general 3 to 4 days after the initial piercing or your tongue is turning gray or black then yes, you should remove your piercing if you can, immediately, & seek medical attention.
You shouldn't remove any piercing until after they are entirely healed. If the piercing is already infected, removing the jewelery could cause the piercing to heal over trapping the infection inside the skin which will require medical attention. But if you don't have a choice, or you've decided that you don't want the piercing anymore, (only if the piercing is NOT infected) you can take the piercing out to let it grow over, and as long as you continue aftercare until the piercing is entirely healed you shouldn't get an infection.
Bleeding from the spleen is medically known as splenic hemorrhage. It can be caused by trauma, ruptured blood vessels, or underlying medical conditions like an aneurysm. Immediate medical attention is crucial to address the bleeding and prevent complications.
Patients who experience swelling of the puncture site or continued bleeding after phlebotomy should get medical help at once.
It is not safe or practical to cure it yourself. Seek out medical attention.
