Generally, no. It takes the proper hormones to have this happen and the normal period cycle is 28 days. You can not force this to happen ( say for instance you are going on a trip and want it early). There is also the possiblity you counted the number of days wrong between cycles. You start on the first day of your period as day 1 until the next period.
