First say Whats up and how are you. Greet them on something they wear. He'll think you are a very nice person. Even if its very ugly. Look into his eyes as you talk. Make sure you remember to breathe, laugh, smile, and look your best. If he/she doesn't like you yet , keep hanging out with em' and they'll have a crush on you. then in about a month in a half ask them if them likes you and if they want to go on a romantic date with you.
