I hope this is a joke. I hope that you are not a real surgeon. What kind of surgeon would even ask such a question on the internet? Aren't there medical journals for that?

Besides it's obvious that if you are so bored performing a skull surgery that you have to do a puzzle, then you are NOT paying enough attention to your patient!!!! You hold that patients life in your hands! You could like stab them in the brain or something and they'll end up only being able to make left turns for the rest of their life or some messed up $hit like that.

Who would do a lamp puzzle anyway? That is so lame. You should be ashamed of yourself. Take your job seriously!!! and do your stupid puzzle when you get home from work!!!
