Well, there are a lot of ways but not all of them work for all girls. For example if you get her flowers and a card they may think its cute but what if she doesn't like flowers. If I was you I would find out what she likes. Ask her or her friends. Then try to put together something. Taking her to the movies and giving her favorite candy, or flowers, or even just a note telling her. Some girls like a guy to be out going and honest so tell her that you like her after you take her to a place she likes going to. I can't help you much if I don't know what kinds of things she likes so just find out what she likes and if she is into shy guys or out going. Good luck and hope things go well.
