Grapevine communication is helpful or harmful?
This type of Communication can be used by a company for a good purpose from business point of view, for example a company rumors the news that it is giving the oppertunity to employees that they can get early retirement and they will get a lump Sum amount, and if they do not get early retirment, company will throw them out without any lump sum amount. On hearing this, some people get the retirment and they get the amount, This helped company in getting fresh and telented staff, with out any operession to the old employees.In this way, it is helpful gfor company and may be for employees. But it is not like that it is always helpful for all.It may be harmful for some group while helping some other group at the same time.
Worst call center in the Philippines?
Convergys Commonwealth! worst management EVER! WORST FOOD! WORST INTERNAL PROCESSES! WORST INCENTIVE GIVER! (THIS IS SO NOT TRUE) Stream North Edsa. Low salary with too many disputes. to sum it up. SUTHERLAND TARLAC, my gosh the salary and all of the account sucks.. most of thier accounts there are project base, it's permanent but seasonal.. and the HR of sutherland? what the hell.. yeah they have good people, but not to mention the management.. if you are going to check the incentive of convergys.. well i guess convergys has the greatest incentive than the other call center company.. and i just want to add that, i think the worst.. as in WORST call center in the philippines for me is SITEL ortigas and SITEL baguio.. the interviewer? duh... all of the questions are really irrelevant and offensive..
