I do this all the time ever since I was like two? I have never said "ugh" like most people I just go to a private room and roar (it really relieves stress surprisingly), here's how you do it..

*Steps*

1.) Tighten your diaphragm

2.) Inhale air (DO NOT TRY INHALING HELIUM THEN ROARING) It will strain your vocal cords and its very VERY painful.

3.) Put yourself in a tiger- or lions position pretend that you are king/or queen of the world and your roar shows your strength and you power.

4.) Bare your teeth

5.) Growl in the back of your throat

6.) Open your mouth like your gonna hiss like a cat

7.) Force the growl to the front of your throat and make it as loud and deep as you can!

8.) It will sound like (Raaaaaaaaawwwwwrrrr!) only more roar like
