The LG Banter is better.
Yes the LG Scoop and LG Rumor are the same. The only reason they have different names is because different phone companies rename it. I have the phone, and I have it through alltel, so its considered the LG Scoop. But one of my friends have it through Sprint and its considered the LG Rumor. Hope this helps!g
the new lg scoop comes out April 2,2009 not the one that came out in 2008~TIGGER~

Yes, but you have to go to menu, hit the settings tab, hit more, then scroll down to reset settings and hit master reset. That should do the trick.
To externally master reset your Cricket LG Helix phone, turn off the device first. Then, press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously until the LG logo appears. Release the Power button briefly, then press and hold it again while continuing to hold the Volume Down button until the factory reset screen appears. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.
Go to STB Status menu and press 9876 then code reset to 0000
Yes it can. I have an LG scoop and it has a slot on the side that you can open and it will alow a microSD card to be put into it. I have a Kingston 4g microSD card that I use for my Scoop. Hope that this helps.
