Find a reputable gun dealer in your area, or better yet a real antique store or auction house. Depending on where you live I know that Bass Pro Shop has a very good departmewnt that deals specifically with rare and expensive guns. If nothing else I will give you 10 bucks for it. Without information such as modlel, serial number, condition... your question is far to vague to even consider answering.

As said- it is impossible to give a value sight unseen. With antique firearms, value is driven heavily by condition and variations in manufacture. It also requires in-person observation to distinguish between a modern reproduction of very low value and an original worth several thousand. The Dragoon was made from 1848-1860, and had MULTIPLE variations in shape of barrel, trigger guard, loading levers, etc. And forget that $10 offer from that guy down there- I can do $15. :)
