If you are talking about the pool game here are the instructions:
You must have at lest 3 people to play the game. One person is at one side of the pool and the other 2 people or more are at the opposite side. The person on their own side will yell out a category such as colors or animals. the two people will have to pick their own thing in the category. For example if the category was colors, then one person might pick green and the other person might pick yellow. Then one of the people who share the side will go to the other person on the other side and tell them the choices that the people picked. However, don't tell him/her who picked which one. When the "messenger" gets back, the person on their own side will yell one of the chosen colors. The person who picked that color will have to race the other person as soon as the color is picked. If the "caller" wins they are the "caller" again. If the other person wins, hen they are the new "caller"
