First, tell your parents only the positives. For example, they have apps that you can use for school. A great deal of apps are free, too, along with it being a great investment. Other than that just try to be creative.
You can't just 'convince' your parents to pay $200+ for an iPod Touch just for you. It doesn't work that way. Convincing is nearly impossible, but just try waiting for Christmas.
no all you need is the money to purchase it .
i bought mine but i think my parents will ratter buy a ipod because it doesn't require a monthly payment nor a contract
maybe they cant affort one
you dont need one

It is very simple. You tell them that music is a way to express yourself, and with todays technology, an Ipod is the only way to carry around your 'expression'. If that doesn't work, tell them that they always wanted you to express yourself, and that you really feel that having an Ipod, you aren't your self until you get one. :) (this can apply, even if music isn't a way to 'express yourself'. :] ) This has also worked for me http://www.wikihow.com/Convince-Your-Parents-to-Buy-You-an-iPod

no you get them with the ipod!
the ipod has safari i have one and it is great
If you buy the song on your computer, it stays on the computer. If you buy it on your iPod, it stays on your iPod. It depends on where you buy it. When downloading on your computer, it will not just magically transfer to your iPod.
no you don't have too buy a ipod charger because it comes with you're ipod and if it doesn't come with it, then buy one they are very cheap
