The Wal-Mart Assessment can be tricky, but here are a few tips from a few people who have passed:

  1. Avoid picking answers that make it seem as if you would take matters into your own hands (when in doubt, pick the answer that says something about getting a supervisor involved);
  2. Choose answers that make it seem as if the company's well being is the most important thing (ex: an employee should not just quit without giving the employer notice);
  3. For agree/disagree questions, always choose "strongly agree" or "strongly disagree" (anything in the middle gives the impression of not being completely sure);
  4. And it should be pretty obvious to be completely against stealing, so answer those questions appropriately.

Good luck!
