Depends how often you smoke marijuana. If you smoke it once a month or so, all you have to do is sit back and relax, if you smoke it once a week, you probably want to excersize a lot before your drug test.
If you smoke more than that you're pretty much SOL
go to a smoke shop and buy a cleansing kit asking the guy behind the counter which one is the fastest and then follow the directions on the bottle, then go to wallgreens and buy a drug test! drink alot of water, tea, koolaid, etc. and take water pills, niacin, and cranberry pills and try to stop smoking a good 3 days before you take your u.a

Too many variables in your question to give even a ball park answer to that. Smoking "less marijuana" will still render you positive for a drug screen. Even if you quit completely after smoking regularly, you will continue to test positive for at minimum a week after your last smoke. To be completely sure of passing a drug screen, you'll need to stay "clean" a minimum of 3 weeks and sometimes up to 6 weeks. and then go figure this--even if you stay clean for weeks, you might test negative one day and then a few days later test positive as metabolites are eliminated irregularly from the body. good luck with that!

Eating certain things can benefit and speed up the process or getting the THC out of your system, such as drinking cranberry juice. If you know you are getting tested for it, I wouldn't push it for 3 days - I'd lay off for an entire week at least to be on the safe side.
