Okay there are two things you can do.... You can take it to the apple store or you have to restart it and you lose everything unless you backed it up. That has happened to me like two times already!

sorry dude i had the same problem but the only solution is to reset you iPod. you will lose all your songs and apps and movies etc. but you will be able to use your ipod again

Hold the home button until you hear a bleeping sound say these words..."what is my passcode?" This is called voice control a womens voice will tell you your passcode.

the best thing to do is sync it to your computer, and reformat it and then put hte lastest backup of the ipod back onto it (this is an option when formatting it)
