First, you need iTunes in order to make a playlist. At the bottom left-hand corner of the iTunes screen, there is a little plus symbol. Click on that to make a new playlist. Name the playlist whatever you want to name it. Then click and drag the songs you want in the playlist over to the playlist's names.
