The easiest way - is a suitable USB cable. Windows will recognise the phone as 'an external mass-storage device' - and will treat it as an extra disc drive. You simply search the phone (from your computer) - and locate the pictures you want to transfer. Then - just 'drag and drop' them to the destination on your computer.
