Make it discoverable. On your console go to Accessory Settings: Manage Bluetooth Devices; Register New Device. The PS3 will then scan and find your discoverable phone and vice versa. If the pairing is successful you will be able to click on pictures from your cell phone and then send them via bluetooth to the PS3. *Note: If this is the first time you're using the bluetooth on your phone you will most likely be prompted to input a password/code of some sort.
