1. You Should write a letter in a notebook , Saying The Topics ( I Hate My Life , Ugh Wish i was Dead , Why Can't God Take Me Already , ) & put it in a spot where they can find it and read it. Like under your pillow , bed , closet , or in the open Like the floor Etc.
2. Act strong in the house ( & You have to stick with the plan ) By stop eating on the bases , Not smiling like have a small face , Try to lose ALOT Of Weight by doing better in p.e or running ! Just To Lost weight & That While Make them feel Bad About you.
P.s - Trying Writing how you feel when your parents make you mad That very same day ! , This way they'll feel Bad . Bye :D

We can make parents cry by not talking to them and leave them from our heart parents are toxic and I followed by not talking to my parents and be with them they came back of me but I just ignored them and went, parents are used to compared about lots of children. They hate me what I do and they torcher me a lot and be a girl what they want.
