If he makes a joke in class that's when you can laugh or when he talks to you and makes a joke you can laugh. And if you're the shy girl and you finally get up the nerve go for it!!! don't be scared or too shy! And when you have conversation with him make eye contact with him a lot so it seems like you are interested in what he has to say, even if you are too shy too look at him, do do it! or else you will seem not interested and don't care what he says.
(this is way out of line but I'm the shy girl who has a humongus crush on like the most popularest guy in my middle school! so you're not alone! besides i think i might go up to him on the last day of school or when i move and tell him i like or kiss or hug him, i know its way out oof the blue but i will regret it if i don't! cuz after that i will never see him again!
