This was I annoying me so I figured it out. 1. Go to Windows Media Player 11 and create a new playlist on that 2. Drag your songs for your playlist and save it. 3. Plug your NWZ-B135 walkman in to your computer 4. The sync list should come up on WMP11 in the right hand side 5. Click and drag your playlist into the sync panel 6. The songs will be synced 7. Unplug your walkman and check your playlist, it should be there under what you named it.
Just use Winamp to sync the playlist over.
You have to convert the dvds first.
You can't

Yes there is a silver mp3 player made by Sony. Sony makes mp3 players in a large variety of colors and sizes. This is just one example of a review for one that is silver. http://reviews.cnet.com/mp3-players/sony-nwz-a815-2gb/4505-6490_7-32593867.html?tag=mncol;lst
