It depends on the browser you're using. But usually, homepage settings are found in the general preferences of your browser. You can get there a few ways, depending on your browser. Some common ways are: Click edit, then preferences; Click tools, then options; Look for some kind of wrench icon and click it. Anyway, ones you find some kind of text box that lets you change your homepage, type in http://www.facebook.com/
