A few simple things will increase your chances of losing some weight. Try these: Watch what you eat - not so much "what" but how much is importat too. Eat three regular meals Br, Lu, Din and have small snacks when you get hungry. Be more active - I don't mean join a gym, just walk. I used to walk 1/2 a mile to and from work. At first, it took me about 25-30 minutes(I stopped alot), but in about 4-5 weeks I was down to 7m40s (my best). My weight dropped from 275lbs down to 230lbs (not in the 4-5 weeks) just from walking. Stop drinking soda and drink mixes with sugar - Sugar is your enemy, it's in EVERYTHING so it's hard to avoid, but that's a big part of weight gain/loss. Try this, if you like Kool-Aid, you need 2 packets and 2 cups of sugar for ONE gallon. Instead of 2 cups, use 1 cup of sugar and from there add or subtract to your taste(if sugar subs aren't an option). Try flavored sparkling water (flavored seltzer isn't for everybody). Good luck
workuot and eat right

Since this teen is young they can lose weight easily by getting lots of exercise and having a healthy lifestyle. I suggest eat healthy foods, and going on a diet. Don't force yourself to lose weight (puke) because that is the unhealthy way! Keep in mind that when your young and not healthy you will suffer in the future!
Slightly smaller portions and replace chocolate with healthier snacks.

Health as in nutrients? Because if it is in nutrients and fitness its because your body is developing at this time period. If you are over weight and then you still are by 21-40 it will be more diffucult to lose than in teen years.
That depends on the teen's height
