Bum shape is hereditary and can not be changed. However, it is possible to loose WEIGHT off your bum. To do so you must eat healthily and restrict your portions. Exercise will also be beneficial. Tensing your bum builds tone and doing lunges/squats on a regular basis will also help. So does running and long distance walking. You must be patient though, loosing weight doesn't happen over night and will the right diet and exercise routine, weight loss should appear eventually.

I'm going to assume you are female, for most of us have this problem. It is due to our metabolism, mentrual cycles and emotions. These things make it harder for women to lose weight, or at least, lose weight where we want to lose weight. You could try crunches for your stomach and lunges/squats for your behind. That really will make a difference. And ofcourse you have to eat right as well.
