Exercise (walk, skip, swim, run, hop whatever suits you) for 20 minutes a day over and above your daily routine life. Cut your food portions sizes a little. Replace processed grains with whole grains. Cut out as much fat and sugar as possible. Have 3 meals a day and snack on fresh fruit and veg in between meals as much as you like. Drink your 8 glasses of water.
