Drink 1.5 gallons of water a day. Eat 4-6 SMALL meals every day, Breakfast should be your biggest meal. Whole grains and quality foods are especially important here. Every meal after should contain aprox. 1 portion of protein , 1 portion of COMPLEX carbs, and some greens. Do cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Do another session of cardio after your workout. Do not eat a meal within 4 hours of bedtime. Supplement your diet with Casein Protein as a snack throughout the day and right before bed. You can also take a green tea supplement along with CLA and Omega 3's. Listen to your body, Weight yourself everyday and stay focused.
