The other way to lose 10 pounds without exercise is by watching the amount and kinds of foods you take in. If you properly keep track of your calorie intake you can lose ten pounds sitting on your butt the whole time. I just lost 15 pounds on weight watchers (which is an easier way of calorie counting) and I did little to no exersize. It took me 6 weeks to do so... but now it should stay off because I lost the weight properly and slowly.
