That's one kilo / 2 lbs each week. Doable but not that easy. Ignoring a lot of personal data that are fairly important to your chances I'd say you need to figure out a diet that'll give you something like 1200-1500 calories/day, stick to that diet and try to exercise hard enough to get sweaty and winded for one hour daily.
