I do not recommend any fad diet. Eat less, but eat a nutritious diet. Don't eat sugary junk food. If you need to lose weight faster, exercise also burns calories. Try to do some form of exercise that you enjoy doing. If the program is too unpleasant you won't be able to keep it up.
