You don't. Ha
By following diet and doing exercises are not helpful to us for losing 100 pounds of weight in such short period of time. Surgeries like liposuction, bariatric are might be helpful for you to lose your 100 pounds.
I would say, its almost impossible to lose that much pounds in 2 months. But if you believe in yourself then you can do it!
If you dont smoke weed for 2 months it will take weed out of your body
It is impossible unless you go for liposuction.. Even in case of liposuction 100 pounds in 2 months is very difficult. Target 5-8 pounds in a month, this is a healthy and achievable weight loss goal.
Yes you could. It would take exercise and most likely a change in your diet. On average you need to burn 3500 cals. to loose one pound of fat. To loose 20 pounds in two months you need to loose 2.5 pounds a week which would be 8750 cals a week. To loose that much weight you would need to burn 1250 cals a day through exercise and a reduced caloric intake. Most people need 2000 calories a day for basis body function therefore if you reduce you caloric intake to 1500 calories and exercise to burn 750 calories a day you could very easily loose that 20 pounds in 2 months. Focus on fruits and vegetables, smaller portions and count all of you calories. Just stay motivated and in two months you will see a difference
100 pence/2 pounds = 100 p / 200 p = 100/200 = 1/2 or 0.5
Losing weight as much as 100 lbs can't happen in just a couple of minutes. It would likely take months.
